After eight years of training under the world-famous Chef Narisawa, Chef Keita Kitamura had continued to earn a Michelin star in Paris, France, for five consecutive years starting in 2019.

With 15 years of experience in Paris, he made a triumphant return to Japan and took on a new challenge in French gastronomy, earning a Michelin star in the "Michelin Guide Tokyo 2025."

He traveled all over Japan, learning from producers and carefully selecting ingredients that were meticulously cultivated.
