After eight years of training under the world-famous Chef Narisawa, Chef Keita Kitamura had continued to earn a Michelin star in Paris, France, for five consecutive years starting in 2019.

With 15 years of experience in Paris, he made a triumphant return to Japan and took on a new challenge in French gastronomy, earning a Michelin star in the "Michelin Guide Tokyo 2025."

He traveled all over Japan, learning from producers and carefully selecting ingredients that were meticulously cultivated.

We offer a culinary experience that surprises and piques curiosity, maximizing the natural taste and appeal of the ingredients.

Combining Japan's terroir with refined French techniques, we create new values with unconventional sensibility.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed 10 minutes your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, we may not be able to provide some of the course meals.
