"Yotsuya Minemura" is an intimate kappo restaurant with just eight counter seats, helmed by Chef Shohei Minemura, who honed his skills at renowned establishments such as Ginza Yabe, Minami Aoyama Ichita (currently known as Oryori Taichi), and Sushi Masuda.

The restaurant offers a single omakase course, featuring seasonal seafood and vegetables, and includes freshly made soba noodles crafted daily by the chef himself. The soba is meticulously prepared to highlight its firm texture and aromatic flavor, achieved through precise knife work and a cold-water finish. Ingredients are sourced directly from trusted producers, ensuring the finest quality and flavor, brought to life with simple yet refined preparation.

  Please be sure to inform us of any allergies or food items that you and your guests have a particular aversion to in advance. If you have a wide range of allergies or food allergies, we may not be able to accept your reservation.

  In particular, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate reservations if you have allergies or strong aversions to seasonal ingredients such as seafood, crustaceans (shrimp and crab), vegetables (matsutake mushrooms and bamboo shoots), and other similar items.

  We serve handmade soba. Please be sure to indicate in the "Special request" section if you are allergic to buckwheat.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal.

  All reservations will start at the scheduled time. If you are late or leave during the meal, we may not be able to serve some of the course dishes.

  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically canceled.

  As a rule, last-minute cancellations are not accepted. If you need to cancel at short notice, please do so through the OMAKASE website.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal

• Others:

  Please refrain from wearing perfume, eau de cologne, or other strong scents. Please be sure to inform your companions.

  Please note that as it is a one-person operation, it may take a little time to serve your meal.

  We do not have any English-speaking staff at our restaurant. It is possible to explain using a translation app or by showing pictures of the food.

  Our restaurant is located on the 2nd floor. Please use the stairs as there is no elevator.
