The owner, Uezu, has accumulated 16 years of experience at the renowned Akasaka Kikunoi and opened “Yakumo Uezu” in February 2021.

Our cuisine centers around kaiseki, highlighting seasonal ingredients. We use fresh seafood sourced daily from Odawara Port, providing a taste of the four seasons.

Additionally, we incorporate Western ingredients such as caviar and truffles, constantly evolving our dishes.

We also offer a carefully selected range of beverages, including sake and wine, that perfectly complement our cuisine.
