• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If 30 minutes pass by your reservation time without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and older are welcome at table seating.

  For guests with children under 12:

  Next to Hiroo Onogi, there is a separate dining space called "Otonari." Your seating may be at "Otonari" instead of the main restaurant. (The course meals will be served from Onogi.) If you have a seating preference, please indicate it in the special request section, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
