After training for 10 years in Kyoto, the owner served as the head chef at “Sowado” in Ebisu before opening a new Japanese restaurant in June 2024.

With a simple interior featuring a 10-seat counter made from a single slab of zelkova wood, the restaurant is characterized by its discreet, signless exterior.

The meal begins with a few dishes prepared by the chef, after which guests can select their own dishes from the menu to create a personalized course. Full-course meals are also available.

Amidst the omakase experience, the restaurant shines with its thoughtful attention to each guest’s preferences.
