Opened in 2023 in Nishiazabu, Kappo Muroi is a restaurant that carries on the name of the founder’s father-run Kappo Muroi in Ginza, a legacy passed down from him.

Chef Go Muroi, who honed his craft at the family’s Ginza establishment, also trained at the renowned Kyoto restaurant 「Kyo-Kaiseki Kichisen」, 「Yamazaki」 in Nishiazabu, which earned a Michelin one-star rating, and another Michelin three-star restaurant.
