Chef Ikeda carefully selects fresh ingredients, delivered directly from the production area, including vegetables from Suzuki Farm in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, and citrus fruits from Yagishita Farm in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
