At UNE IMMERSION, the chef offers a dining experience where you can fully immerse yourself through dishes that highlight the ingredients of each season.

The restaurant is run by a single chef who provides meticulous attention to every detail of both cuisine and service. To ensure this personalized experience, he only accepts reservations for two parties per meal, day and night.

The course begins with a unique carp soup and includes an appetizer of squid and turnip, artfully arranged to resemble a white rose. These dishes are inspired by the specialties the chef learned during his training, blending French cuisine with his own roots in a modern expression.

Nestled between Hatsudai and Hatagaya, the restaurant offers just six seats. Enjoy the omakase course, made with the finest seasonal ingredients, to your heart’s content.
