The interior, composed of soft grey tones harmonized with the warmth of natural wood, offers a stylish yet serene atmosphere imbued with Japanese elegance. The counter, considered the best seat in the house, offers a close view of the chef at work, while dishes are delivered at the “shortest distance” from the lively kitchen—where the grill and frying stations sit right beside the preparation area—ensuring that aroma, temperature, and freshness reach the table without delay.
