We offer a course menu featuring carefully selected ingredients, including fresh fish delivered directly from Yoriki Fisheries in Kochi Prefecture.
Chef Goto's dishes, centered around seafood, are prepared in the "hassun" style, developed alongside Italian techniques. We offer a variety of pasta dishes, including homemade tagliolini, tailored to the ingredients.
Furthermore, eel is slowly cooked over charcoal and finished with Italian cheese, elevating it to a unique flavor. Wagyu beef is also grilled over charcoal, drawing out its aroma and umami to the fullest.
We also offer wine pairings by sommelier Ikeda, certified Gold by the International Sommelier Association, allowing you to enjoy an experience that emphasizes harmony with the cuisine.
The interior space, designed by designer Shosuke Takashima, offers a private atmosphere that combines elegance and tranquility.
