In our restaurant, we offer course meals creatively constructed using seasonal ingredients. From the beginning to the end, the courses progress like a journey, weaving together moments that embody the seasons.

The name of our restaurant, "Sputnik," was derived from the world's first unmanned satellite launched by the former Soviet Union. However, it originally means "companion" or "traveling companion" in Russian. In France, it is used with the definite article "le."

Respecting the recent flexible and avant-garde attitude of the French people, who adapt foreign words into their own language, we have chosen the name "le sputnik" to convey our desire to honor the traditions of French cuisine while embracing new challenges.

  We request you to arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
