"Sushi Kimura" is a traditional Edo-style sushi restaurant located in Nihonbashi Ningyocho.

We offer you the ultimate sushi experience in a space with a charming stone pavement and 10 seats at a Kiso hinoki counter which values the aroma and the sense of unity.

The owner moved to Tokyo from Aomori at the age of 18 and opened "Sushi Kimura" in 2018 with extensive sushi training in Tokyo and New York.

He values good old-fashioned sushi culture and provides a consistent and memorable experience for his customers.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Others:

  To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in limiting your stay to a maximum of 2 hours and 30 minutes. Of course, you are welcome to leave earlier if you wish.

  Please note that if the scent of perfume or fabric softener is deemed too strong by the restaurant, we may ask you to refrain from entering. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. We kindly ask that you also inform your guests in advance.
