Located in Tameike-sannō, PER TE is a reservation-only pizza restaurant led by pizzaiolo Mitsutaka Suzukawa, winner of the 2018 Naples Pizza Master Championship Japan. Set in a refined space of brick and stone evocative of the communal ovens found in France, the restaurant offers a luxurious pizza experience built around the concept of sharing.

The menu consists of a pizza-centered omakase course. A variety of appetizers informed by the chef’s training in Italy and Spain’s Basque region leads into his signature pizzas. Highlights include the specialty Margherita—awarded perfect scores by all Italian judges—the refreshing Marinara made with two varieties of yellow tomatoes, and seasonal creations that showcase whole, peak‑season ingredients, all baked to perfection in a wood-fired oven.

To elevate the experience even further, PER TE offers an uncompromising wine selection focused on Italy, ranging from classic labels to rare grand vins. A pairing course is also available, ensuring a truly exceptional dining experience befitting an anniversary or a high-end meal with someone special.

• Dietary restrictions / Allergies:

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  Please note that we may not be able to accept reservations from customers with multiple allergies or dietary restrictions concerning wheat flour, meat and processed meat products, and dairy products. Thank you for your understanding.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed 30 minutes your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Courses will start at the same time.In the event of a delay of 15 minutes or more, some dishes may not be served and will only be served from the middle of the course according to the progress of the event.

• Dress Code:

  While there are no strict dress codes, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing excessively casual attire (such as clothing you might wear at home or beach sandals) to ensure other guests can enjoy their stay comfortably.

• Children:

  Only guests aged 20 and above are welcome.

  *Guests aged 18 to 19 may enter the restaurant only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Others:

  Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes, colognes, or other fragrances that may interfere with the aroma of our dishes. Such scents can diminish the dining experience and disturb other guests. We may refuse entry or ask guests to leave if strong fragrances are detected. If you have made a reservation, please ensure that all accompanying guests are aware of this policy.

  Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for separate checks at the time of payment. Separate checks are only available for groups of three or fewer, and only when requested in advance. We appreciate your understanding.

  The maximum number of guests per group is limited to 5.

  Please be aware that you may be seated at a large shared table with other guests.

  Please note that seating preferences cannot be selected in advance or upon arrival. Seating will be assigned based on the reservation status of the day and the size of your party.

  Please limit photography to the dishes and the chef only. Kindly refrain from photographing staff members' faces or other guests, and do not use flash photography or engage in any activity that may disturb other guests.
