Owner-chef Yukinori Tsushima, formerly of Riva degli Etruschi in Minami-Aoyama, spent approximately 18 years honing his craft under Italian chefs Vittorio Cocchi and Pietro Androsoni, both from the renowned Florentine restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri. He served as their trusted right-hand and sous-chef, refining his culinary expertise through years of dedicated training.

The cuisine showcases authentic Italian dishes made with high‑quality seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is dedicated to crafting everything in‑house—from bread and pasta to petit fours—and its signature handmade pasta, made with Italian flour, is served at both lunch and dinner. Each dish reflects the colors of the season and is beautifully composed to highlight the natural character of the ingredients, offering enjoyment for both the palate and the eyes.

The wine list centers on carefully selected Italian wines, with pairing suggestions available to complement the course menu. Grappa, limoncello, and non‑alcoholic beverages are also offered.
