NADAMAN, Shangri-La Tokyo is a prestigious Japanese restaurant located within Shangri-La Tokyo, carrying on the legacy of NADAMAN, a renowned establishment cherished by gourmet enthusiasts worldwide for its innovative kaiseki cuisine since its founding in 1830.

Helmed by a seasoned head chef, the restaurant offers an exquisite selection of authentic kaiseki (Japanese traditional multi-course) dishes that highlight the natural flavors of Japan’s seasonal ingredients. In addition to kaiseki, guests can indulge in a variety of traditional Japanese delicacies, including Edomae-style sushi, and premium wagyu and fresh seafood prepared on the teppan grill.

The interior, designed by André Fu, showcases a blend of artistic and modern aesthetics. From the striking entrance adorned with cherry blossom motifs cut into white walls, the space unfolds into an elegant setting inspired by Japan’s four seasons and lush forests. Located on the 29th floor, the restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows, offering sweeping panoramic views of the Otemachi and Nihonbashi districts.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Children are welcome, and high chairs are available. However, please note that there is no dedicated children's menu. Additionally, children under elementary school age are not permitted at the teppanyaki counter seats.

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
