“KIRAMEKI" offers “Japanese Yakiniku” as a part of Japanese food culture.
Yakiniku, a Korean food culture, has been loved and improved over the years in the country of Japan, forming Japan’s own “Yakiniku.”
"KIRAMEKI" is rethinking and refining Japanese yakiniku to bring our customers the best of the best.
Only the best quality female black Wagyu beef is used for the meat, which has a unique sweet aroma called “Wagyu Aroma” and characterized by a low melting point and a soft texture. We carefully select high quality beef with fine texture and lingering flavor, using our keen eye for quality, not limited to ratings or brands of origin.
The interior of the restaurant, consisting of private and semi-private rooms, is designed to create a Japanese atmosphere.
The private rooms are illuminated by original lanterns created in collaboration with a fourth-generation Kyoto-based lantern master and a fourth-generation gold leaf master. We are also particular about our dishes and pots, such as Arita-yaki porcelain and Nanbu-tekki (Nambu ironware).
