Owner Mr. Sasaki opened his own restaurant "Sushi Ryo" in Ginza in July 2020 at the age of 24, after studying for 3 years in a sushi restaurant in Ginza.

The courses are prepared in the Sushi Ryo style, which decides the main ingredient based on the best of the month, and the seafood is purchased from the Toyosu market.

The restaurant is also particular about its appetizers, and one of its unique features is that it always includes one fried food dish, such as fried fish or deep-fried chicken.

The interior was designed in part by Mr. Sasaki himself and is full of originality.
