This exclusive restaurant combines Mikuni’s signature sensibility and creativity, honed through decades of experience, with a unique sharing-style concept featuring large plates—a first in his illustrious career.

Inspired by the concept of "Japonise," Mikuni’s vision is infused into every detail, from the inventive French cuisine that reflects and elevates Japan’s natural beauty, to the exquisite tableware, thoughtful presentation, and impeccable service.

The menu features carefully selected ingredients sourced from across Japan, such as seafood from Mashike in Hokkaido and traditional Edo-Tokyo vegetables.   Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
