The menu consists of only one "omakase" dish, alternating between appetizers and sushi.

The fish is prepared in a variety of unique aging methods to maximize the flavor of each fish depending on its species.

Blue-backed fish is characterized by the use of different methods of seasoning with vinegar and salt and different maturation periods depending on the size and fat content of the fish, and by slowly seasoning the fish over a long period of time to remove the corners of the vinegar and salt, leaving only the flavor components.

The landlady, who is a certified sake taster, will be happy to suggest the best sake to pair with each dish.

The restaurant has counter seating only, and the ceiling is slightly lowered to create a relaxing atmosphere.
