Oyouri Yamada, a Japanese restaurant and kappo restaurant, quietly hangs its noren curtain on the fourth floor of a building in a corner of Nishitenma.

With a counter seating for nine and private rooms, this hideaway-like space allows you to relax and enjoy Osaka's signature ingredients and fine sake.

Following in the footsteps of his grandfather's beloved Namba restaurant, Kaisen Shunsai Uosa, the owner trained in Kitashinchi and gained experience at his own restaurant before moving to Nishitenma in 2024 and marking a new milestone.

The carefully crafted dashi stock subtly supports the natural flavors of the fresh fish and seasonal vegetables, leaving a rich, lingering aftertaste beneath its delicate flavors. The omakase kaiseki and banquet courses, featuring seasonal ingredients, pair beautifully with a variety of drinks, including sake, local sake, wine, and champagne.
