The chef refined his French culinary skills at the Imperial Hotel and restaurant T3, then further deepened his craft at the renowned Chinese restaurant Series. A recipient of awards from Japan’s largest young chef competition and a certified sommelier, he brings together the sensibilities honed in French cuisine with the profound umami of Chinese cooking to create a modern interpretation of Chinese cuisine.

Grounded in traditional Chinese techniques yet accented with French elements throughout, the cuisine is distinguished by a vibrancy and lightness rarely seen in classic Chinese dishes. Each plate elevates the natural character of the ingredients, all of which are personally selected by the chef—who visits markets and producers himself to capture the unique bounty of each season.

  The course begins at your reserved time. Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

  If you arrive late or leave during the meal, some dishes may not be served.
