Our sushi features the finest seafood, personally selected each morning at the market by our expert chef, paired with rice seasoned with gentle, additive-free red vinegar for a delicate yet profound flavor. In a distinctive touch, we use premium Koshihikari rice from Niigata—an uncommon choice for sushi—that lends the shari (sushi rice) a clean taste and deep umami.
