Based on the experience in the final training in Paris after 8 years of visiting through various regions of France, the chef offers a delicate cuisine that blends French traditions with originality.

The restaurant's name "Alchimiste" means "Alchemist," as its name suggests, Chef Kenichi Yamamoto transforms ingredients into beautiful dishes.

The menu handed to guests contains only the names of ingredients, heightening anticipation for the culinary experience. Their dishes not only delight the taste buds but also stimulate visual, olfactory, and imaginative senses.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  We recommend that male customers wear a jacket or a collared shirt. Please refrain from wearing shorts or sandals for a more formal attire when visiting.

• Children:

  ※Stroller will be charged 5,000 JPY/per stroller (On-site payment). Children's chairs are not available.
