Chef Miyata embodies these ideas in the restaurant's name, making Cantonese cuisine a specialty while emphasizing the use of seafood delivered from Miyazaki and Nagasaki.

Our recommended seafood dish is carefully selected and sourced from various regions, where the "bleeding and nerve removal" technique is employed to deliver the peak of flavor to the customer's palate.
