About
Located in Ginza 8‑chome, this restaurant offers an omakase course featuring carefully selected ingredients—long‑fed Kobe beef and other premium wagyu, seafood sourced from across Japan, and vegetables from contracted farmers—prepared with refined Japanese techniques and charcoal grilling.
The head chef thoughtfully evaluates seasonal ingredients and uses the delicate methods of Japanese cuisine to draw out their natural character with precision and care.
A signature highlight of the restaurant is the exceptionally premium “God’s Tongue and Skirt Steak,” sourced from the long‑established Kamiya Shoten in Shibaura. Only around thirty heads reach the market each week, and through a unique preparation method, the flavors of these prized cuts are deeply concentrated, offering an unforgettable experience.
The restaurant also places great emphasis on pairing: seasonal and rare sake labels carefully selected from around Japan, and wines stored in a dedicated cellar for optimal quality management.
Inside, you will find a white‑wood counter crafted from Japanese cypress of Mitsumine Shrine in Chichibu, along with private rooms and VIP rooms—all within a barrier‑free design. From the immersive counter where you can observe the artisans’ craftsmanship up close, to refined spaces suited for important dinners, business entertainment, or welcoming international guests, the restaurant provides an atmosphere fitting for a wide range of occasions.
Despite being located in the heart of Ginza, the restaurant offers a tranquil setting where you can leisurely savor the depth and beauty of Japanese culinary culture.
