About
LATURE, derived from the French words "la nature" and "l'arme," meaning "nature’s droplets," embodies the restaurant’s commitment to celebrating Japan’s natural blessings through its cuisine.
The chef traverses Japan, forging personal connections with local producers whose passion and dedication to quality shine through their work. By sourcing seasonal treasures and wild harvests unique to each region, and personally taking part in hunting and mastering the delicate process of aging game meat, the chef captures both the vitality and elegance of nature in every dish.
Each meal at LATURE is more than dining—it's an extraordinary experience. Rare, life-infused ingredients found only in Japan are elevated by the chef's exquisite techniques and artistic sensibilities, resulting in dishes that embody the spirit of the seasons.
To enrich the journey, the sommelier thoughtfully curates an exceptional selection of rare Japanese wines, sake, and non-alcoholic cocktails from across the country, perfectly paired to complement each dish.
For travelers in Tokyo, LATURE invites you on a heartfelt gastronomic adventure—a celebration of Japan's diverse landscapes and traditions.
